100 Day Money Back Guarantee
Here at Zen, we want you to have a better day, but we understand that sometimes not everything goes to plan.
If you’re not 100% happy with your desk, you can return it to us within 100 days for your money back.
If you decide that you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us and we will arrange for your full order to be collected. Please hold on to your packaging, as this is required to return items to us in good order.
Custom desks are excluded from this guarantee. We cannot facilitate returns or exchanges for custom-made desks. This includes custom finishes and sizes not listed on our website, any desk purchased with a Pixel and our Timber A-Frame Sit Stand Desk. If your desk is damaged on arrival or you encounter a problem or fault, please refer to our Warranty Policy as all custom desks are covered by our 10 Year Warranty.
Terms and Conditions
- The 100 day period starts on and includes the day the desk is delivered to your address.
- If you decide to return your order, you will need to notify us before 4pm on the 100th day. You can notify us by emailing email@example.com – please include your name and order number.
- You will receive a refund for the cost of the product only, shipping and installation costs are not refundable. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed within 24 hours of the items arriving at our warehouse.
- This offer is only valid for the original purchaser.
- The refund must be processed via the original method of payment. If you have paid via bank transfer, we will ask for your bank details to complete the transfer.
- This offer applies only to full orders containing height adjustable desks in standard finishes and sizes. Custom desks, individually purchased accessories, monitor arms, chairs and frames that have been drilled into desktops not purchased from Zen Space Desks cannot be refunded.
- This offer does not apply to desks that have been modified by the user.
- In order to use this offer, your full order must be returned.
- You must retain the original packaging in order to use this offer. We cannot accept returns made in alternative packaging, or provide new packaging.
- At Zen, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve and we would like to have a chat to you about why you chose to refund your desk, we would appreciate and take on any feedback you have about your experience.
