The Pixel brings an even greater level of flexibility to our products with convenient access to power and fast charging USB and USB C ports. Our team will cut the grommet hole into your Zen Space Desk to your personal preference.

USE TOGETHER WITH 1PLUG
The cable will generally drop into our cable management channel, meaning no part or wire other than the top will be visible. Pixel is powered by 1Plug©, our built in power system and concurrently plugs into the back of the system using a ‘J-coupler’ plug meaning no power points are lost for the addition of Pixel.

Downloads
Our team will need to drill a grommet hole into your desktop for this product to be installed. Please see the reference below for the specifics of each Pixel location on our standard sized desks. Please note that this does not apply to L-shape desks. If you have ordered an L shape desk you will be contacted to finalise the Pixel location.

Local customers may choose to pick up their order from our warehouse to save on freight. Please note that there are many moving parts to our warehouse and pick-ups are only available at these times:

Please contact orders@zenspacedesks.com.au and reference your order number. We’ll quote for your installation. Prices range between $150 – $250 for delivery and install of our products depending on your location.

All deliveries to other metro areas are made by our trusted freight partners. You will receive a tracking number via email with an ETA when your order has been dispatched. Please note that these ETAs are not guarantees.

Deliveries to regional or remote areas are made by our trusted freight partners and may incur extra costs. Time frames may vary. Please keep this in mind when ordering and allow extra time for delivery, as lead times may be extended.
FAQS
The simple answer is yes. As our goods are considered ‘awkward freight’ we require customers to inspect goods upon receiving and sign our shipping partners computer or paperwork to accept that the goods have been delivered in ‘GOOD ORDER AND CONDITION’. As sit stand desks are built from heavy materials, and are large, awkward sizes there is a greater chance of damage occurring. We will do our best to help in anyway possible should an item become damaged in transit, however are unable to claim damages from a freight provider if items have been signed for. If you are not sure, take a few photos and email them to sales@zenspacedesks.com.au before signing.
If you require an ‘Authority to Leave’, please contact us after placing your order and we can arrange. This is suitable for accessories and where there is a safe and dry place to leave items. We cannot however be responsible for damage or missing items when an authority to leave is authorized.
Should an item become damaged in freight, please take a few photos and email directly to orders@zenspacedesks.com.au or call us on (07) 3063 2143 and we’ll access the situation on a need by need basis. We will do everything to ensure this is taken care of swiftly and help where ever possible 🙂
We, along with our freight partners monitor all deliveries to ensure they are delivered in full and on time. However, these are estimates only. Dispatch time is 7-10 working days for items that are in stock. Pre-orders will dispatch within 7-10 working days of the listed arrival date. Please check the product page carefully prior to purchase.
Custom desks have a lead time of 20 working days, not inclusive of shipping time.
We can pass on any special request to our freight partners and will do everything possible to ensure desks are delivered at the most suitable time for you. Please ensure to leave notes when placing your order and we’ll pass these onto our freight carriers.
Pick-up is available for Brisbane customers only, our warehouse is open 8am to 4pm. If you would like to pick up your order we can waive freight costs, please contact us at orders@zenspacedesks.com.au for more information. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please let us know when you intend to collect your order.
No, you cannot ship a desk to a PO box. It must be shipped to a home or business address where it can be received or left in a safe location.
