At Zen Space Desks we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For standard desks, we have a 100 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you would like to return your entire order within 100 days, you can find more information here. If you encounter a fault, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

IMPORTANT

Not all items on our website are compatible with one another. We have done our best to note any compatibility issues in the description and specifications of our products to ensure it is clear whether products can be purchased together. If you are unsure about the compatibility of the item, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly team, we are always happy to help. However, we cannot take responsibility for the purchasing of incompatible products. Please ensure that you check the specifications carefully prior to purchase, otherwise you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the incorrect item. 

Accessories and Monitor Arms
If something isn’t quite what you expected, or you happen to change your mind, these items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery to your address. The item and must be as new, have no signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging. A refund will be provided with the return shipping cost deducted once the item has arrived to our warehouse and been inspected by our team. Items cannot be returned without the original packaging. Items returned in poor condition may not be refunded. If you encounter a problem or a fault, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Chairs
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or change of mind once the chair has been used, as our chairs are unable to be disassembled once used. If the chair has not been used and is disassembled, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery to your address. A refund will be provided with the return shipping cost deducted once the item has arrived to our warehouse and been inspected by our team. Items cannot be returned without the original packaging. Items returned in poor condition may not be refunded. If you encounter a problem or a fault, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Desks + Desk Frames
If you would like to exchange or return one of our desks or frame kits, the item must be as new, have no signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging. A refund will be provided with the return shipping cost deducted once the item has arrived to our warehouse and been inspected by our team. Items cannot be returned without the original packaging. We cannot accept the return of a frame kit after it has been attached to a desktop not purchased from Zen Space Desks. If you encounter a problem or a fault, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Custom Desks
Unfortunately we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges for custom-made desks. This includes custom finishes and sizes not listed on our website, any desk purchased with a Pixel and our Timber A-Frame Sit Stand Desk. If your desk is damaged on arrival or you encounter a problem or fault, please refer to our Warranty Policy as all custom desks are covered by our 10 Year Warranty.
