SHIPPING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The simple answer is yes. As our goods are considered ‘awkward freight’ we require customers to inspect goods upon receiving and sign our shipping partners computer or paperwork to accept that the goods have been delivered in ‘GOOD ORDER AND CONDITION’. As sit stand desks are built from heavy materials, and are large, awkward sizes there is a greater chance of damage occurring. We will do our best to help in anyway possible should an item become damaged in transit, however are unable to claim damages from a freight provider if items have been signed for. If you are not sure, take a few photos and email them to [email protected] before signing.
If you require an ‘Authority to Leave’, please contact us after placing your order and we can arrange. This is suitable for accessories and where there is a safe and dry place to leave items. We cannot however be responsible for damage or missing items when an authority to leave is authorized.
Should an item become damaged in freight, please take a few photos and email directly to [email protected] or call us on (07) 3063 2143 and we’ll access the situation on a need by need basis. We will do everything to ensure this is taken care of swiftly and help where ever possible 🙂
Please note that our freight partners in metro Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne do not offer online tracking services and you will be contacted via SMS regarding your delivery. All other areas will receive tracking via email.
We, along with our freight partners monitor all deliveries to ensure they are delivered in full and on time. However, these are estimates only. If you have any concerns don’t hesitate to contact our team via email at [email protected] or give us a call on (07) 3063 2143. We’ll check up for you!
If you order an in-stock product before 12pm, your desk will be dispatched same day. Orders after 12 pm will be dispatched the next day. Backordered products will be dispatched after the date listed on the product page.

We can pass on any special request to our freight partners and will do everything possible to ensure desks are delivered at the most suitable time for you. Please ensure to leave notes when placing your order and we’ll pass these onto our freight carriers.
Pick-up is available for Brisbane customers only, our warehouse is open 8am to 4pm. If you would like to pick up your order we can waive freight costs, please contact us at [email protected] for more information. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please let us know when you intend to collect your order.
No, you cannot ship a desk to a PO box. It must be shipped to a home or business address where it can be received or left in a safe location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL NSW + VIC DELIVERIES
Deliveries to NSW and VIC will continue as our freight partners fall under an essential category however we are experiencing delays with this stock due to increased safety measures being taken at our freight partner depots. 1) Freight is currently taking 3-4 days to arrive into our NSW depots (usually 1 day). With higher than normal volumes we are aiming to deliver your desk within 1 week of order. 2) Our ‘Room of Choice’ delivery service is on HOLD until restrictions are eased. This means we will not be able to enter your property and can only offer full contactless delivery. Our team will advise when they are on their way, and will notify you when goods have been left safely at your front door. We are taking every possible measure to maintain fully contactless, we ask kindly that if you need to speak to the driver please do so via a phone call. Please do not approach the driver. 3) The slight extra lead time in deliveries ensures that your orders will be delivered in FULL and undamaged. We will not be using external or regular carriers for any deliveries within metro locations.
*Rural and remote areas may experience longer shipping times. We will make every effort to ensure we provide the fastest possible delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date the orders are received and always refer to business days and not calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control.
Here at Zen, we prioritise getting your order to you in perfect condition, ready for you to enjoy. However, as most of our products are large freight it means that damage can sometimes occur in transit. Purchasing insurance helps us get you a priority replacement for any damaged product as soon as possible.
