ZEN SPACE DESKS WARRANTY
At Zen Space Desks, we know the products we sell are of such a high standard and quality, we provide our customers with a 10 year warranty on our electric sit stand desks, most accessories unless otherwise stated and chairs. This warranty is subject to the below terms, but we are so confident in what we do, that we want you to have the peace of mind to know a Zen Space Desks product will last the distance. With our 10 year warranty, you have the same level of confidence that we do in our products and service.
The benefits of our 10 year warranty on this page are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are located outside Australia, please refer to your local relevant consumer laws.
Zen Space Desks warrants products, subject to the below conditions, for 10 years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is the latter, to the original purchaser.
Warranty is non-transferable. Replacement parts, repairs and installation services may be available to a second-hand owner for a fee, depending on the part.
Please note: Your desk may need to be reset upon initial setup. Please refer to your included instruction manual to complete a manual reset prior to contacting us. These instructions can also be found in the ‘Specs and Assembly’ tab on each product.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
When you make a warranty claim, Zen Space Desks will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this warranty. We will then, at our discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In circumstances where we replace an item, you will be responsible for its installation. In these cases, Zen Space Desks will be responsible for the cost of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel for repair staff that Zen Space Desks incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without Zen Space Desks incurring any additional expenditure to gain access. This, however, will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorised by Zen Space Desks. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Zen Space Desks. If Zen Space Desks no longer sells the item, we will provide an appropriate replacement. Zen Space Desks will decide, at our discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

YOUR GENERAL LEGAL RIGHTS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under our guarantees are in addition to other rights and remedies under law in relation to goods.
WHAT IS AND ISN’T COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY
DESK LEGS, LIFTING MOTORS, HAND CONTROLLERS AND STRUCTURAL SUPPORT PARTS
The Zen Space Desks 10 year warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship and function on all desk legs, lifting motors and structural support parts. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts and scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Further, the warranty does not apply when any part has had its weight limit exceeded, when lifting motors have been operated for more than 2 minutes in any 20 minute period, where a product has been connected to the wrong voltage or a faulty power supply, if any part has been placed outdoors, in prolonged direct sunlight or in humid environment, or if any part has been improperly used, handled, assembled,

ERGONOMIC CHAIRS AND STOOLS
The Zen Space Desk 10 year warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on the structural frame and moving parts of the chair or stool. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts and scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Further, the warranty does not apply when any part has had its weight limit exceeded*, if any part has been placed outdoors, in prolonged direct sunlight or in humid environment, or if any part has been improperly used, handled, assembled, installed or constructed.
*Please refer to the manual or guidebook provided with each product to determine its weight limit.
Zen Space Desks will not be liable, under this 10 year warranty, for any cost, expense or damage incurred by an owner while a product covered by this warranty is out of service during performance of any warranty adjustment work. You may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
